First Bowl Game

This is my second bowl game but first time planning and I have been assigned as the coordinator for our group.

1. For tickets, I followed the links per the athletics dept and it took me to SeatGeek but how do you know which sections are the Iowa sections. Its unclear on the site map.

2. Are the packages worth it?

3. Should we specifically do the fan events?

Also any other advice would be helpful.

I think the packages might on some cases be worth it for the charter (non-stop) flight to places you can’t otherwise fly non-stop to. Not sure if you’re drivable or not.

I think you get better seats buying from the bowl or secondary market than from the U of I.

Hawkeye huddle is usually good. Wasn’t at UCLA game this year…bar too packed..,no service.

Don’t know anything about the Travel packages, but getting bowl tickets through Iowa Ticket Office is usually expensive and lousy seats. I know that Iowa’s band is going to be in section 144 so I would imagine that that will be the part of the stadium most of Iowa fans are in.

Sections X26-X44 are Iowas side depending on the level you want to sit in. You can get seats in the 300 level for $40-$50/ticket.
