I will never pay for therir site. I check the net for news and will watch videos a later on Youtube.
Don’t apologize Flo ….give refunds….. how long would they leave your subscription up if you only paid for it most the time?
Companies anymore don’t feel the same obligation to provide the services they’re paid for they used to……
Ironically I fell out of it with Flo years ago over service and was just reconsidering subscribing again for the final X

And the thing is, it’s not like this was something out of the norm. It is literally every single event that has more than a handful of viewers. Every event they do… Just sucks. Stop apologizing and do something about it.
I am honestly kind of shocked that these events don’t start using a different streaming service/platform. This one is obviously not delivering.

It's an unfortunate deal.
I watch cadet and junior duals with no problems at all, but this happens at Final X.
Goofy they can cover that many streams without a problem, but 3 streams at Final X and it messes up.
Although they sometimes have some hiccups, I'm sticking with Flo. There is no one else out there covering live wrestling of all age divisions like they do and I also get to watch a lot of rugby.

They carry so much content that you can't get anywhere else. $149 a year, yeah I get mad when they screw up but all in all I think it's a great deal. $149 fills up my truck with gas twice, my freaking car insurance is $360 a month.
Final X , world championships etc.. are things I look forward to for months.
Not going to wait for them to come out on YouTube.

Sure…. but some random startup could do just as well.
A little more competition might be good for our market. It's the only way that customers (us) get more reliable and better products. May the better broadcaster win!
Eventually somebody will come along and do it better than Flo. They have abysmal Customer Service, they make it very difficult to cancel and they’ve had streaming issues for years. For right now, sadly they are the best in the business as there really is no one else. When you’re the only game in town, you can suck without much in the way of consequences. Competition forces improvement.
The thing is, you only have to wait a day to watch on YouTube. For free. You’re not paying for a crappy service you most likely won’t get and will have to wait until it comes out on YouTube the next day anyway. It’s embarrassing.
I'm with you, my friend. Yep, they suck at times, but I'm a loyal customer. For the little they charge (I guess it's little to a old middle class guy) they offer a great deal that I can't find elsewhere without wading through a bunch of BS. I agree with many in that I think they should offer refunds with the apology, but either way, I'm not going anywhere at least until something better comes along.
"Most likely won't get" is just not true. Some of the programs I've watched have had a few intermittent glitches but all in all I've been able to watch all of the events I've wanted too.
We actually could be having different experiences @TailgateTom based on the hardware, connections, etc.... on the user end.
We both might be right, based on our individual experiences.
