Didn't get a ton of time with RB/LB/PKs this morning, but got some decent stuff.
Some quick notes:
-Kamari Moulton dropped "We actually have fun in practice" today regarding the offense matching up with the defense in practice
-It turns out Rhys Dakin was told he'd be going to Iowa. Wasn't much of a decision on what school he'd be going to. Said he's happy with the choice, though. Been some culture (and weather) shock of course, but said he's happy with where he's at. Added that the day he was flying in he was approached by an Iowa fan at the Dallas airport who knew he was the new punter. Surprised him too
-Kaleb Johnson said he's back to working on using his physicality as a runner and punishing defenders. He talked about that before the fall last year, but is emphasizing it again this spring.
-Jaden Harrell is hoping to be the next in line behind Jack Campbell and Jay Higgins of great Iowa mike linebackers. That was a big factor in why he has decided to stay at Iowa instead of hit the portal.
-Nick Jackson said he had a meeting with some of the other defensive guys before he made the decision to come back. Ultimately came down to wanting to spend more than another week with his teammates.
