Maybe they shouldn't have been speeding in their car. Maybe they shouldn't have had weed in their car. Something that is still illegal in Indiana and a substance players know they get drug tested for and is banned by NCAA. Further more they have the right to possess a fire arm but you are required to have a license for it which they didn't. Lastly the 6th player resisted arrest and hit a cop. they knew they were in the wrong for all of these actions and need to suffer some consequences for their poor decision and actions and sounds like one has been dismissed already.
they broke the law... no question about it...
I have issue with the law itself...
now... this is what is puzzling... they are suppose to abide by the law... yet the United States Constitution is supposed to represent all the laws in the land.
and in the Constitution it states :
"...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
by requiring a "license" for a firearm... you are infringing that right...
but listen... I really don't care to have this debate here.
I gave you my opinion on that particular situation, and I'll just leave it at that.
