Last night, another poster on HR was getting berry, berry scared of the
PAC-12, considering that UCLA would beat Nebraska. Hmmmm.........

So, how does that play now that a 5-7 Nebraska team Ran all over the
vaunted UCLA Bruins on Saturday nite in the Foster Farms special?

Looks like yet another reason for: Advantage IOWA

I dunno, I'm trying to find youtube highlights of Stanford, particularly their D and all I find is McCaffrey of course

I gotta think Stanford has a better d than ucla, that was horrible

and, we have the best d weapon for the opposing team on our side named greg davis

You are wrong again, trolling I guess.

When IOWA ran off 12 straight Wins, I didn't hear any of the whiner fans mentioning the
Offensive Coordinator, at all. Then, suddenly when you barely lose at the Big10 Championship, National Championship playoff Play-in game, they feel like they have to go back to their whiney ways.

#goHawks !!

I watched Stanford 2 or 3 times this season and while I was watching I thought to myself that Iowa could rush for 300 yards on their defense. I think Iowa will move the ball. The questions are 1) Will they score touchdowns? and 2) Can they slow down Hogan/McCaffery and company?

Also, watching Nebby dominate UCLA and run it down their throats in the 3rd quarter, I sent a text to one of my buddies that I am going to the Rose Bowl with that 'I could see Iowa doing this to Stanford.'

The UCLA-Nebraska game doesn't say much about Iowa-Stanford, IMHO. Nothing changes in my mind. Stanford is a very good team, as is Iowa, and the game is going to come down to stops. Iowa has to contain McCaffery and Stanford will have to keep Iowa from controlling the ball on the ground and setting up play-action. Should be a good ball game and it's definitely one Iowa is capable of winning.
