It’s disappointing. I was so excited coming into this year, and we just wasted the best player to ever wear the black and gold. It’s disappointing, and I feel awful for Luka. I have to wonder if he’s going to consider staying back now.

Whether round of 32 is Frans ceiling or not (probably is), taking a team to OT isn’t getting blown out. Very easily could have won that game.

I like Fran but I feel I can criticize him without wanting him fired so here goes.

Why did it take so long for him to adjust? We took the lead when JT, PM and KM came in the game in the first half. He let Oregon bury us when he brought the starters back in. It was obvious the 2nd unit other than Luka and Weezy was the better option today.

And I do think it is fair after this many years to expect to make the 3rd round at least once by now.

what really sucks is that he should have noticed this early on in the season and got some young guys ready for today. Instead he kept putting jbo, cmac and cjf out there all year.
I do however think cjf will be better if he gets health again.

Ok, Fran has been blown out in every second round game but one. Same difference, really. Iowa is basically a "just make the tournament" program, more or less. No threat to really do any damage when they're playing with the big boys from other conferences.

EVERY ONE. Tennessee got bored with putting on a clinic. That’s the only reason we came back in that one.
