Struggles like Ellingson did in every appearance, except one game vs Purdue where he actually made shots? All CW has to do is be 6'6 and athletic to defend and bring more to table.

This is my exact observation also. His role with this team is clearly as a 3PT specialist. I hope BE keeps working hard and makes the most of his future opportunities.

I hate the term "3 pt Specialist" but that appears to be exactly what BE is and that is the last thing any team needs. I think of Balwinkle who used to run side line to side line trying to get open, I think of Oglesby who had the ability to penetrate but rarely did.

Not an indictment of BE, but IMO this team needs all the multi- dimensional players it can get, and I don't see that in Brady.

Maybe CW should have been getting more minutes earlier in the Big Ten season but it is hard for a coach to mess with his rotation when you are playing really well.

Yes, CW's athleticism/frame alone make him more valuable than anything BE brings.
