Game day superstitions

Crappy beer has been my go-to this year. Old Style Light, Colt 45, and PBR among others. I have been in Haiti for this entire season. I will be in Orlando Friday. Makes me nervous. As the commercial says, it's only weird if it doesn't work. We have our prediction thread. Where is our SAB thread?

I haven't really had a superstition on game day this year, but I do wear my yellow dress shirt and my Hawk tie to work on the last day of my work week all season.

At this point there are to many to list as we have kept winning I have picked up more and more. My wife thinks I'm crazy, maybe I will have to start a thread on here on Thursday now where I don't finish what I wanted to say seemed to work last week. Damn it just picked up another one.

Iowa has never lost a football game when my grand daughter wears Iowa clothes on game day. She is 6 months old

unfortunately we have started a tradition of shotgunning a beer prior to kickoff. At this point I really don't care for it, but I must continue until we lose.

On home games I always touch Nile's helmet before heading into the stadium. I assume everyone does this.

I wear my Dallas Clark jersey every game. Usually a Hawkeye Strength t-shirt under, but not always.

This season I've watched each game at a different place. Boss's house, my house, Sports Column in Denver, all 4 Dallas game watch locations, etc. I'm going to run into a problem this week, as I have to work at my boss's house again on Friday. I'll see if they'll let me watch it on a different TV.

All during the week prior to Iowa games I search the sky for flying hawks. Each hawk I see equals a touchdown, the extra point included since we know those are guaranteed. So far I have seen 4 this week. Good things are gonna happen! On game day I put on my hawk pullover. Go Hawks!
