He may understand it.. adapting to it is the issue with Kirk.

It goes back to “Football is football”….blocking and tackling and Kirk found a way to win (a lot) of games at UIowa.

Hard to fathom an Iowa fan thinking KF does not adapt well, when he is the first one to say it is what it is and time to move on, win or lose. When he was brought in by a coach who had the antics Fry had. Is he nostalgic? For sure, but tell me one person over 30-40 who isn't.

I would blame confidence in the quarterback at the lack of getting WRs involved. I think KJ having a Doak Walker-esque season is our saving grace. Gill is clearly WR1 with how often they target him, I just hope they give KB a chance and target him a few more times a game. But Cade needs to keep improving if we want our WRs to get more involved.

I disagree. Returning kicks and the occasional jet sweep is his ceiling imo. He's fast but can't create separation because he's so short and has short arms for his height.

I agree. Get KB the ball. He's one of the biggest threats with the ball in his hands. It's time for the coaches to figure out how to get him involved.

He is an absolute difference maker and we need to get him involved. Gill and Vander Zee have been our best so far but we need that quickness that Brown brings.

Yeah. Even with the horrible offense last year, Brown might have been the one bright spot after he was inserted into the lineup.
