Not sure what’s more annoying; the Chad that does 1 rep in front of his phone every 5 minutes or the billions that sign up and overcrowd the gym for the first 2 weeks of every year before going back to all the old habits and starting the cycle again the following year after 11 months of “I’ll start again next week” excuses.

Glad I don’t need to worry about these poor people issues. Home gym for the win!

JK, I’m totally hitting up anytime fitness at 6 AM on the first. Any tips for me?

On the bright side, they're subsidizing your gym membership.

I don't mind them. Some of them stick around. The more people that pay for memberships means more money in the gym, which means newer and better equipment.

As I go through the drive up at Dairy Queen, I always notice how full the parking lot at Planet Fitness is at the start of the year and how empty it is by the first of February.

God I almost forgot. nothing worse. a bunch of idiots looking at their phone or notebooks taking up multiple stations doing the super sets they found on MensHealth.com. Then you never see them after a week or two. ****ers. I hate them

ok, how much do you bench bro?

If you're doing super low reps you're supposed to wait 3 to 5 minutes between sets to give time for ATP to replenish in the blood. Despite your crying about others at the gym you don't know much about being there apparently.

Support the resolutioners. They are trying to better themselves and a little motivation can go a long way.
