Yep...proof of global warming from Joe...Once this cold spell breaks, Iowa and all of the upper Midwest is set for much higher than seasonal temperatures. For the next 2 weeks.

I can't stand people who use "climate change" to steal other peoples money and control their lives.I can’t stand people who use weather to deny climate change. What was the average winter like back in the 70s and 80s?
Attacking the source is a logical fallacy used by the ignorant to deflect from the substance of a matter.
Yes. Climate change causes extreme cold spells. But I’m sure your little mind can’t wrap around a warming climate causing cold weather.
Link?I can't stand people who use "climate change" to steal other peoples money and control their lives.
Weather. There are 120 counties in Kentucky.
As of yesterday, EVERY SINGLE ONE had a flood emergency:
You'd have to be some kind of moron to not recognize the climate change threat as real. Lord knows the insurance adjusters know it is.
What is the goal? Here’s my only real issue with the climate alarmists I hear a lot of scary prognostication but never any reports of how things we are doing to help are helping.

Agreed. Let’s get a ribbon to declare we care more than others. Meanwhile we all live the same. There are 120 counties in Kentucky.

Speak for yourselfAgreed. Let’s get a ribbon to declare we care more than others. Meanwhile we all live the same.
I'm in Maui right now. It's ****img hot and I'm blaming global warmingAw
Was is cold where you live, today?
Another proud graduate of the Trump University?Climate change is normal and has been happening for millions of years. There is No catastrophic climate change now or in the foreseeable future. Humans probably do contribute somewhat to climate change but the contribution is so insignificant that scientists have been unable to measure it.
No. It’s just science.Another proud graduate of the Trump University?
So global warming really causes global cooling. brilliantRising climate temps affect the jet streams, and weak jet streams allow cold air to shift from the poles.

So global warming really causes global cooling. brilliant
Yes. Any weather catastrophic event is climate change now but laughing about freezing cold weather not being a counterpoint is ridiculed. Lol.It’s call climate change on a cold day, and global warming on a hot day🤩
But kamala was for fracking. LolBiden got a bill passed that would dramatically increase our renewable energy sources and shift us toward Net Zero carbon emissions. You could look that one up if you wanted to.
I hope you are trying to be funny!!! if not global warming is totally different than your localized, state wide weather.Aw
Was is cold where you live, today?
Really!!!??? You say CO2 dropped to 180 ppm during the last ice age. Was it the cold weather and ice and snow that made the CO2 go down or was it the other way around? There were few humans back then if you are talking about the ice age from about 22,000 to 12,000 years ago. The Earth's orbit, tilt, progression of the earth's poles etc cause a good portion of the very long range temperature changes. And when things get colder the oceans and waters absorb and hold more C02 as does the ice and snow, therefore lowering the CO2 levels which then becomes another reason the the sun's radiance is not held in by the planet as sunlight is reflected back out into space. There is no scientific (empirical) evidence that supports the unproven hypothesis that humans are causing or will cause catastrophic global warming by increasing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. None. CO2 is an invisible, odorless and tasteless trace gas that is essential to all life on earth. We need more CO2 in the atmosphere not less, as CO2 enhances crop production worldwide and greens the planet. If CO2 concentration drops below 150 parts per million, all life on earth will die (CO2 dropped to 180 ppm during the last ice age). Conversely, green houses regularly keep CO2 concentrations at 1,000–1,200 ppm because the plants grow better. In the past, CO2 levels have been at several thousand parts per million and plants and animals thrived. U.S. submarines try to keep CO2 levels below 8,000 ppm. Federal OSHA standards set CO2 maximums at 5,000 ppm. When you exhale, your breath contains more than 40,000 ppm CO2. Currently, atmospheric CO2 levels are about 415-420 ppm.
The earth is estimated to be about 4.5 billion years old. During most of this time, climate has been changing. This is natural. The climate change we have experienced in the past 150 years is what we should expect from normal variation.
Aerosol hairspay??? How is that involved with Global Warming? Maybe a small amount but aerosols are and were more of a problem with Ozone depletion and that was basically stopped by not emitting refrigerants etc. What is the goal? Here’s my only real issue with the climate alarmists I hear a lot of scary prognostication but never any reports of how things we are doing to help are helping.
For instance: We have stopped using aerosol hairspray since then how has that slowed the issue?
We have carbon emissions standards etc but I haven’t heard how that’s helping. Everything is doom and gloom

Charts are complicated.Really!!!??? You say CO2 dropped to 180 ppm during the last ice age. Was it the cold weather and ice and snow that made the CO2 go down or was it the other way around? Have you ever seen the chart of C02 increase since about 1800 when burning coal started the industrial revolution leading up to burning petro chemicals? The temperature rise in that 200 year time period is unsurpassed except for times of major worldwide volcanic eruptions that block the sunlight.
Please tell me what you think of that chart and what it means?
There is a very good PBS Nova episode, iirc, about the 2 scientists, who risked derision from their colleages and hate from big Chem companies, who found the answers and the evidence to lead the world leaders to sign the protocols and basically save the earth and pretty much all life from frying under UV raysIt's really not.
He's just mixing up the "ozone layer" depletion (something Reagan acknowledged quickly, and championed the Montreal Protocols to stop it) with CO2.
Classic example of uneducated morons trying to post something about a science topic. He does pretty much the same on anything w/ vaccines.

Life has thrived at much higher temperatures.Really!!!??? You say CO2 dropped to 180 ppm during the last ice age. Amazing how these answers change depending on the question.I did that a few months ago, it was lower than it was in 2020.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Giving up hairspray should have fixed it by now huhWhat is the goal? Here’s my only real issue with the climate alarmists I hear a lot of scary prognostication but never any reports of how things we are doing to help are helping.

So none of the counter measures are working? We just need to climate change harder? That’s the answer?Aerosol hairspay??? How is that involved with Global Warming? Maybe a small amount but aerosols are and were more of a problem with Ozone depletion and that was basically stopped by not emitting refrigerants etc.
Carbon emission standards?? Well every year there are more people driving and more cars in the US and in the last 30 years China went from a billion+ people walking and riding bikes to driving a lot a whole hell of a lot of cars, and India also.
We are burning more fossil fuel now than 20 years ago.
To answer your first question, the fight to lower C02 in the atmosphere is not going well, the concentration keeps going up and then so do the temperatures
Kamala wasn't too worried. She is for fracking.Aerosol hairspay??? How is that involved with Global Warming? Maybe a small amount but aerosols are and were more of a problem with Ozone depletion and that was basically stopped by not emitting refrigerants etc.

There is no global cooling by 2030.
Since the 1950s, solar activity has been DOWN
