What about the random citizen in the parking lot that gets taken out, or the passenger in the car who might be oblivious to the criminal intent of the other people? Kind of the short end of the stick on that deal.

THe same logic can be said for the Catholic Church...If God hadn't intended the world have pedophiles, he wouldn't have created religion, hence the Catholic Church and priests.
