Hamas is Terrible

I'm asking you, since you brought up the topic.
I guess you're too gutless to answer - again.
Nothing gutless. Even Israelis are protesting this garbage. The world has seen what Israel is doing.

We agreed Hamas was terrible in October 2023. They should be killed. But civilians aren't exactly being protected by the cowards in the idf. Perhaps you and your buddies can quit flogging a dead horse. We get the hamas is bad part.

Nothing gutless.
Yes, your refusal to answer the question is gutless.
And you're doing it again.

We KNOW that Hamas would watch 10s of thousands of Gazans be killed in order to keep their hostages.
Think they'd blink at 100,000?
1,000,000?

You should go there and do a fact finding mission.
A fact finding mission would put Israel in far better standing than Hammas where moral behavior is concerned.

You're not going to find that Israel is destroying (enough) aid or committing (enough) to compare to hunting down and slaughtering 1500 civilians.

They're not going to be equivalent on that level. Not close.

The biggest complaint against Israel is the amount of collateral damage (civilian casualty) they're causing in pursuit of Hammas.

Let it all be aired out.

I'll take that as a compliment coming from your deranged ass.

You guys should be arguing on the basis of the amount of people killed (30k something minus hamas fighters in that figure) by Israel and why that constituted unjust and or unreasonable action by Israel.

Not war crimes or items like you cited. It's not clear -- and really unlikely given what I know -- that those crimes could be responsible for much of that death and destruction in the 30k figure cited above.

(thought experiment: even if it were a war crime behind the 30k, remove that bit of law and see if you feel any better about what Israel had done)

Put another way; the basis of your complaints against Israel is the 30k killed -- yes, I'm assuming you're in the same boat as most everybody else angry at Israel right now -- but you trot out arguments like the aid destruction or the time of day that a bomb was dropped (war crime).

Those are not what's behind the 30k.

Your job should be to explain why the lions share of the 30k killed is unjustified.

It would be nice if the left would show some evidence of this, because you actually have leftists chanting "death to America," wearing Hamas headbands, and chanting pro Hamas chants...

Is it the majority? Maybe not, but it's disingenuous to say the left "gets the Hamas is bad part."

Good thing you qualified that last bit. Only 49 percent of us chant “Death to America”, daily. And, someone totally missed the email, because I went to UI graduation and spent a lot of time on campus this weekend and didn’t see any barricades or burning buildings.

I'll be abundantly clear. If I was a solider, let's do the Hindu Muslim thing, I wouldn't bayonet a pregnant Muslim woman. There isn't some calculus to figure that out. If I was a commanding officer, I'd get the idiot who did it thrown in the brig. These are fairly black and white issues. Similarly, the people who raped, killed and kidnapped Jewish folks from Israel are barbarians who deserve death. I think I've been pretty clear about this.

They're not simply 'barbarians who deserve death', they're the current government of Gaza.

Do you think those 'barbarians' should be left in charge of Gaza?

Israeli elections are as rigged as hamas are. Both governing bodies belong in the trash. This includes Israelis who actively hate your boy nut n yahoo. At least his brother had some balls.

I'll set aside your evidence free contention that Israeli elections are rigged (election denier?), especially in comparison to Hamas not allowing elections anymore (you're too intelligent to be this disingenuous), and ask again the question that you ducked:

How do you remove Hamas from power?

Kill them. I don't think I've said anything otherwise. What you conveniently ignore is that the idf is killing innocent civilians, not hamas. Maybe they are cucks who can only murder women and kids.

I don't ignore it at all.
I've asked questions that revolve specifically around it. Like this one:

On Okinawa an estimated 150,000 civilians died while 'only' 90,000 Japanese combatants were killed.

Do you think FDR should have offered a ceasefire to the Japanese and left the militarists in power? If not, why not?

Why do you keep going back to ww2? You don't think the standards of warfare have changed since then? Why not go back to ancient battles?

Why do you keep going back to ww2? You don't think the standards of warfare have changed since then?

Do you think we would find better clues in the wars America has lost since then? I don't.

Quit ducking the question, and apply your 21st century morality to FDR's actions.
Do you, today, think FDR should have offered the Japanese a ceasefire after we slaughtered 190,000 civilians in Okinawa to get at the 90,000 combatants we killed (fewer than 8,000 surrendered)

Why not go back to ancient battles?
We can, but let's get you to answer this one first.
