Has anyone else been re-gifting Christmas presents?

I'm the best at this. Someone will give me a gift like a Christmas tree ornament that I don't want and I'll re-gift it to a relative.

Anyone else do this?

i won a Huskers grill set as a door prize at my staff appreciation party. I didn't even open it, just re-wrapped it and put it in my in-laws white elephant.

Apparently it had a note in it that said "Dear [my boss], it has been a great partnership between us, please enjoy this grill set. hopefully we have many more years to come."

So I regifted a present my boss also did not bother opening.

I’ve done it a few times with things like candles or random ornaments I couldn’t use. But lately, I’ve been trying to make my gifts a bit more personal, so there’s less chance they’ll end up being re-gifted.
One idea I’ve had luck with is digital photo frames, like the ones at https://www.nixplay.com/. You can load them up with photos before gifting, which makes it feel really thoughtful and personal.

Nope,.. rarely happens, but if I receive something I really don't want I just toss it...

Bot, how do you do that without hands?

Are we talking virtual gifts here?

I'm the king of gifting myself stuff...I got my son a PS5 and 75" tv for his bday. That was for my enjoyment mostly but that's changed a bit.

I got my wife a nice Solo Stove as one of her anniversary gifts, I'm the only one that uses that. I also gifted her a Weber grill a few years back.
