Hawks 17 in latest AP POLL

Should be 13th or 14th but all good, irrelevant keep it going Hawks! Winnable games this week. 2-0 would be amazing.
Just keep on winning and the polls will reflect the progress. One game at a time. Next up, our hated rival, Purdue.
Effectively tied with MSU, they are just a shade ahead when looking at poll points. The two of us are the highest ranked teams with 6 losses. No major complaints. Wonder where we'd be if CJ doesn't go down for a few games and we manage to win the PSU and Nebby ones. Probably around 10.
Kentucky shouldn't be ahead of us, but other than that I can deal with it.
The schedule offers plenty of chances to move up.

If a team beats Wis & Ill in the same week they deserve to move up more than 1 spot.
How is a road loss to a top 15 team a hiccup?
If anything that tough fought loss combined with 2 great wins should’ve moved us up even more.
Ahem, Maryland is ranked 9th. Beating us evidently earned them a lot of street cred. That was their only game last week, and they moved from 15 to 9.
Would it have been easier to digest had I used the word "loss" instead of hiccup?
That is kind of funny how that works. They jumped to 6 spots with one win over us.
We beat the #1 team in the B1G who won 7 straight and move up 1 spot?
