Hawks in MILB

Yacinich will start out in Orem playing for the Owlz and Kuebel is on the GCL Cards, couldn't find where Zeut is heading. There are quite a few former Hawks and former recruits in the Minors right now, Tyson Blaser, Justin Toole, Mike McQuillan, Derrick Loveless, Kendall Coleman, Ryan Borucki, Andrew Hanse and Matt Dermody.

Dermody is with the Lansing Lugnuts, looks like he is starting 3-3 record with a 5.80 ERA

Blaser is with double A Trenton and is hitting .279

McQuillan has been bounced around from Rookie to A- to Rookie to A and now A+, he is hitting .210 currently

Loveless is also with the Lansing Lugnuts in A ball and hitting .256. Loveless is one recruit getting away that really hurt. Would've been nice if he came to Iowa.

Justin Toole has been everywhere it appears in his career Rookie to AAA. He started this year and was with AAA Columbus for one game. He is now with AA Akron. He played 6 games with Columbus in 2012 and 20 in 2013. In the six games in 2012 he actually hit .333.

Kendall Coleman would've been a HUGE get for Iowa too. In 2013 in 10 games in the rookie league he hit .143. I can't find any stats for this year.

Jake Yacinich has played three games in Orem so far and is hitting .250 in 10 at bats. The one stat that surprised me so far is his fielding percentage is at .750 as he has committed 4 errors in three games.

Hanse is in A Bowling Green and posting a 6.67 ERA right now.
