Wow! Husker fans note that it would be cool for the Huskers to have beaten both of the participants in the B1G conference game and get into a bowl game and salvage something from a bad season.

OMG, the nerve!!!! Husker fans are supposed to be deferential and stoic towards the Hawks and refer to them in the most reverential of tones, right?

I've identified the behavior that really gets under the skin of a certain breed of sensitive, fragile Iowa fans who seem so personally wounded by... everything: Rooting for another team.
