Here is how the 2016 Big10 West Football race will sort out...

Nope, you're the only one. It's pretty obvious that you and RockEye are the village idiots around here though.
I have seen numerous others call you out in the various threads you continue to discredit anything and everything Iowa, but to each their own I suppose. Just let it be known that even if you were correct in that I am a village idiot, even I can see that you are obvious troll and will continue to call you out on it until you can prove me otherwise.

By "numerous" you mean like three people lol. You obviously are reading my posts through a biased lense, you already decided I was a troll because I don't pump sunshine. Nobody else has a problem with me besides you and RES. As I told you though, if you tell me how to upload a pic from mobile, I'll gladly show you some of my tickets from this past season. Also, I know more Iowa football players than 95% of people on this board. But please continue to call me a troll, I couldn't care less.

Whether a Troll or not milehigh, it is obvious from his amount of likes that the majority of fans here do not agree with his opinions. .
If the value of your opinion is judged by "likes," it's pretty disappointing to see resident sunshine-pumpers, RockEye and Milehigh, as some of the most valued and agreed with. Neither have said anything critical of Iowa in their lives, which would make sense if the football and basketball programs were competing for championships year in and out. Regardless, the first seven or eight posters ITT seem to be at a similar or worse post-to-like ratio as I am.

Criticism is good as long as it is constructive criticism. My comment about the likes, basically if people agree you generally get likes, if they don't they either write something back, or just move on. The fact that you now have 120 posts and 20 likes, the percentage of people that agree with you is poor. Your obviously not selling your point well....LOL

There can be no constructive criticism on a message board, the people that the criticism is directed towards will never read it. Doesn't matter how well I "sell it" either, people don't want to hear things that don't make it sound like everything is great. That's fine that they don't care to believe it, but I'll always be here to say "you should have listened to me." Plus, about half of those posts are an argument with an idiot Nebraska fan. Hardly something other Iowa fans would care about.

I wouldn't say spbc7 is a troll. Half of his posts consist of an argument with Husker Du that I stopped following after about a page. That doesn't make me think he is a Husker/Gopher mole either. Just my 2 cents

I agree that I am more optimistic than not, however, I do have some posts with "constructive criticism".....however the problem I have with you is that at the time I called you out as a troll you had 60+ posts without one positive thing to say what so ever about anything Iowa, you now have 120 posts and I doubt there are many if any positive things said about Iowa. I good balance would be nice, I mean shit man we had a great year in football, baseball, and basketball and all you have to say is negative shit all the time....some warranted but damn dude it is so annoying when posters think we want to constantly hear negative shit all the time..as I said sometimes it is warranted but if you are 90%+ critical do you really think that is constructive?

You must have missed the part where I said nothing is constructive on a message board. I'm sorry (but not at all actually) that I don't meet your standards for optimism. I'd much rather lower my expectations to a much more realistic, less homerish level and be pleasantly surprised if it's surpassed. Put me on ignore if you hate reading what I post so much.

That fine if you want to be constantly negative and "realistic", but you do know that you do not have to do that publically....or at the very least not constantly. 120+ posts of just negative garbage, I mean damn I know misery loves company...you do realize that company doesn't always appreciate misery. BTW the ignore button is for sissys, I am totally fine reading others opinions and have a discussion about it without being personally offended. I will continue to call you out if you are 100% negative all the time....you were the guy who said our D was not good last year in football, I mean WTF?

Barely any of my posts are "negative," most are just relaying information. I'd say probably 30 of them would fit into whatever you're claiming. It's a two way street too. And the last part is not what I said at all. I said the D was not very good the second half of the season and the stats completely back that up.

Wisconsin has arguably the toughest schedule in the nation and will have already played LSU, Ohio St, MSU, and Michigan before they visit Iowa City in late October. That's a murderer's row physical football teams.

Lmao this thread is great. One Big West championship and Iowa's on top of the world. Haha, I mean literally your BEST season in school history only got you a division title.

Welcome to the big boys table I suppose.

Iowa has as many division championships in the last year as Nebraska does since they joined the B1G and then you got embarassed by a 7-5 team in the CCG. You arent at the big boys table.

Hey how many AP Top Ten finishes do the cornhuskers have since the turn of the century? 2. How many do the Hawkeyes have? 5. How many BCS bowl games for Nebraska since then? 1. For the Hawkeyes? 3. Looks like we have bumped you to the kiddie table. Enjoy the kiddie cocktails.

Wasn't Nebraska in the CCG by default as well? Didn't they backdoor their way in before getting 70 put on them?

70 points. Wow. That is so hilarious. How do you give up 70 points to anyone?

If this does come to fruition, drinks are on me at bar of your choice in Singapore (or we can go up to Thailand--cheaper there).

Can I come? I do love the Raffles Hotel.

You live there Singapore? If so, there used to be a dance bar that was built in an old theatre. They had a huge bee that would come down from the ceiling and fog would come out of it. Just wondered if the place survived time.

LOL you shouldn't post drunk. Wisconsin has no chance to be 7-2. Nebraska will have a much better record than Wiscy and Iowa would have to be awfully lucky to duplicate last years record.
Hate to break it to you, but Nebraska isn't good. They'll be lucky to finish ahead of Minnesota.

Only Ohio State & Iowa will beat Wisconsin in the Big10

I just want to experience what I experienced in Indy last year. Amazing time. I was at the Iowa-MSU game in 1981 when the Hawks clinched the Rose Bowl, the Holloway catch in Orlando, the 2002 Big 10 tourney when Iowa won back to back buzzer beaters, but none can top the atmosphere in Indy last year.

Wisky could start the conference season 0-4...MSU,Michigan,OSU, and Iowa, are their first 4 conference games.. They lost their stud DC and hired a defensive backfield coach with zero coaching experience...they need to replace 3-4 starters in the defensive backfield..Thinking they actually could be 2-6 in their first 8 games overall..
Dream on...

Because spbc7 - you generally seem to defend Wisky (unlike other B10 programs such Nebby and the gophers) when anything negative is posted about Wisconsin.

Where have I defended Wisky? If you consider me saying that you shouldn't guarantee a team won't compete this season based on our resurgence last year, then sure I defended them I guess. Nobody really even talks about Minnesota on this board. They're in a similar situation as we were last year, very favorable conference schedule and are flying under the radar.

I check out all the other Big 10 west teams rivals pages and only, i mean only Iowa thinks the Huskers aren't any good any more. I mean ever expert and football big heads thinks the Huskers are on the right page and on there way back up. The west is going to come down to our Friday game in Iowa, the Huskers and Iowa have some easy ass schedules, it's pathetic. Wis gets the shaft so i do not see them making a pull and Min will have a new coach and schemes to break in, most teams struggle the first year.

It will be Huskers and Iowa for the West with Northwestern being the dark horse here. Im not going to get full of myself like you Iowa fans do and claim Huskers this and Huskers that but both Iowa and Huskers have the talent and coaching to do big things this year.

Enjoy the close Big 10 west runs for the next year or 2 because the recruiting improvement the Huskers are getting now, the sleeping giant since 2001 is starting to wake up. With the QBs the Huskers are getting the past 2 years and the QB transfer, the Huskers will have a good decision maker at QB finally and all the talent in the world to surround him with. Iowa maybe favored this year but years to come, it will be the Huskers lead by Gebbia or P Obrein.

Sleeping giants since 2001? That's not sleeping, that's a coma.
