Is the general feeling around IC that the 2016 will be better than last year?

Seems like we haven't played you guys forever....if I recall correctly we visit you next year.

The 2016 team should be better. If they win more games is a question that I can't answer. The schedule is tougher but if Beathard is healthy I see no reason why they can't go 12-0 again.

Seems to me most Hawk fans are excited about how good the team could be, but realizes that the record will likely be worse anyway just due to probability.

Overall, this is a better team then last year. The D should be great, the offense with a healthy CJ could be great and extremely balanced. The kicking game will be untested and could hurt in close games. But I would say as long as the injury bug doesn't kick our ass, we should have a great chance to beat everyone on our schedule.

Welcome 10 Point. It does seem like we haven't played each other in forever - only eight times since 2000. Sometimes it feels like we're not even in the same conference. I would like it better if we did play more, and it's too bad it won't be this year because I think we could be better than 2015. Guess we'll have to wait until 2017, unless we both get to the 2016 CCG.

There isn't anywhere near the hype that we had in 2010 (year after 2009 when we started 9-0, had all of those future NFL players, and were considered a national championship contender by some), I can tell you that.

People are certainly excited about Nebraska, Wisconsin, Iowa State, and Michigan all visiting - the best slate of home games since at least 2012.

Expectations are much higher. I expect at least 10 wins. Anything less would be a major disappointment.

Yes and no. We will be good at some point, but the schedule is difficult. Probably looking at a 2-3 loss season. If JT and Rawquon come back, the 2017 Buckeyes will be a load

I am trying to be realistic, but the schedule shouldn't be daunting.. I am hoping for 10 wins but understand that will be tough to accomplish
