HONESTLY………How many eggs do you/ your family eat monthly?

I go through about two dozen in a month. The family I cook for goes through at least ten or twelve dozen in a month. They all love deviled eggs, so that uses almost two dozen per week. Lately I've been making quiche and frittatas. And we use a few for banana breads, cookies, breading for various things, egg wash on puff pastry, the occasional omelette, etc. Monday I'm making broccoli cheddar tots and I'll probably use three or four, depending on how many want them.
I love deviled an eggs…but if I look at one, my LDH jumps about 5 points.

That's not something I can be honest about. Sorry.

A lot.

The boy will eat 5 scrambled with turkey and cooked down spinach in a breakfast burrito, then he may have another after a lift.

$5.69 for a doz at Aldi this a.m and i could only get two. That will get me to Wednesday.

Only 2 of us (kids grown), easily 18-24/month. We buy the Costco 18 pack and supplement with liquid egg whites.

Omelets and scrambles on the weekends. Usually have 6 boiled eggs in the fridge for quick breakfast or protein snack.

Sub in some spicy hummus for the filling.

Pretty sure eggs themselves aren’t bad for cholesterol though. It’s mainly the foods high in saturated fat and the genetics you were born with that cause high cholesterol levels.

Less than a dozen, which sucks. I can eat the hell out of them but the wife doesn't really like them and daughter HATES eggs. For some reason potatoes and eggs were both DOA but we have been able to work in some mashed potatoes ( if she uses it like a dipping sauce for carrots).

Egg salad sandwich, hard boiled, deviled is goat material, and yes I've drank several raw. The gross part is when the yoke breaks in your throat. Eggs and I have an interesting relationship, I worked at a chicken farm where they tried to make the perfect commercial egg strand. With that I have ate for free and watched a guy eat an egg salad sandwhich while grinding the half born eggs/chickens into a slurry to pour on compost. Good protein the egg.
