Hotels in Detroit

Anyone have good recommendations on Detroit hotels within walking distance of the venue? Also what is the parking situation like if you have to drive up there to the venue?

I was looking at this just earlier today, too. But I have no clue as to which neighborhoods are fine and which ones will get you stabbed. If anybody has any advice, it would be appreciated.

By March the city should be calmed down from the 0-16-1 NFL season, so the stabbings should be subsided. I'm a Lions fan, we've been in this situation before.

I figured you guys would just stay under a bridge. That way you don't have to go very far to get in a fight. The good news is that Detroit is safer than Iran - so what are you worried about?
