Down just a hair. There's not as much going on to keep from missing an afternoon walk.

I was at 176 in early March. I was up to 191 July 4th. Between the pandemic and bring home a newborn son in April I was eating more, especially carbs. I have cut my carbs down to 30-50 grams a day and gone back to 16-8 intermittent fasting. Current weight is 188 and the goal is 170 by Thanksgiving.

Even because I have replaced a paunch with muscle. Look much better though. I’ve basically treated it like prison w/ plenty of working out to keep busy.

Down about 12 pounds since early March without working out other than few walks here and there. Eating much less than before is the main reason.

If I got off my.....couch... long enough to bike every morning, I'd be down a few. As it is, I'm up a bit.

Down 15-20. Been walking w/my better half for 65 minutes each weekday and 90 minutes each weekend day. One of the few bright spots of the pandemic.

I lost 7 or 8 pounds in Jan. And Feb. Cutting way back on animal protein and booze. Then quarantine hit and the ordering in and boozy zoom calls brought it all back.

Down 23. Not eating out, less pop, less junk overall, walking/biking more sometimes multiple times in a day. Picked up camping, of course it’s hot so I don’t each as much and move around a lot more.

I gained 13 pounds from March 15 to July 4th. I’m down 5 since then though. I’m doing 16 hour fasting and it’s going surprisingly well.

I'm down about 5 pounds. I need to lose 15 more. I'm limited on what kind of exercise I can do.

6'1, 230lbs.

Up about ten, which is pretty miraculous considering I've been eating like shit and drinking pretty much every night.

Goal is to get down to under 240 before school starts back up.

Since early March I’m down about 14 pounds to 206. Hitting the 100 kilo mark was a wake up call and adding a dog to the house keeps me walking daily, I’m averaging about 3 miles a day. I’m looking to get down to an even 200 and go into a holding pattern at that point.

Up 10 since March. 240 lbs. Starting a new diet tomorrow. Just been lazy, drinking pop, and ordering out. My goal is to get to 180. I have no date as a goal.

I’ve actually dropped a couple. Not traveling so not eating out and drinking as much. And have limited my beer intake while at home. I’m also ramping up my running since I don’t lose time commuting in the morning. Training for another marathon and have been logging many more miles than I normally do in May/June.

Which race? Marathon directors are scrapping races left and right. The marathon I was training for (Sioux Falls) was recently cancelled. Interestingly, they did not cancel the Half.... yet. Down to 167 from 184 since March, put in 16 hot miles this morning..

This should be the link. It still needs the backsplash and the floors will be refinished but it’s useable.

Down 20 pounds since closures began. Started daily macro tracking, big game changer. Also, never took creatine until quarantine, that stuff works wonders.
