Oddly enough, Kid Rock seemed to push out a sincere attempt to calm the rhetoric and acknowledge he's been part of the problem. Let's see if the lasts.
I've wondered if this didn't help Trump get elected to some degree. Democrats have been really boring for a while.

I can see why the left was so furious with Elon buying twitter and ending the left's reign of censorship and control. 2 years with a single free speech platform and Republicans won the presidency, the house and the senate. If the playing field was fair the left would lose much worse than now even, and they know it.

I think it lasts longer than most others in here and I’ll tell you why.
Trump is not a big strong alpha male. So if you are going to pull an Elon and bend over and grab your ankles and completely submit your asshole for power and wealth… well, you can take that for much longer when the man ramming you in the ass has a tiny little mushroom. And Trump has a tiny little mushroom, low thrust power, and little stamina. 🍄

They are both fake tough guys. Im sure Elon looks down on trump as a poor, useful idiot. Trump looks down on Elon as a crazy and not a real American and likely a lot jealous that Elon's products are a household name, has had a ton of business success and is "popular" in the news. My guess.
Id be shocked if this lasts longer than 6 months. Elon knows he needs to stay in the good graces to prevent trump from vindictively going after Elon's govt contracts. So perhaps they find a way to separate, but his presence is already bugging trump.
