Well judges struck down his first attempts to do so and he withdrew those EOs.All the time. You're confused that what Trump is doing is impoundment, it is deferral. Can't extend beyond the current fiscal year.

Cage free extra large brown. $5.49/doz.Libtard what do you pay for your eggs?
Cool conspiracy theory bro.Let me see. Just before leaving office, Biden signed an order restricting drilling and his administration killed thousands of chickens. You don't think that was on purpose?
Many so called "conspiracy theories" have been coming true.🤷Cool conspiracy theory bro.
Which one? Many so called "conspiracy theories" have been coming true.🤷
Breitbart reported this? How "factual" can you get!Let me see. Just before leaving office, Biden signed an order restricting drilling and his administration killed thousands of chickens. You don't think that was on purpose?
COVID (who and where it come from) (who funded it), for starters.Which one?
Unsuccessful?Abstract? lol. The unsuccessful point you attempted to make doesn't have nearly enough sample size to determine anything yet. You essentially are regurgitating a talking point about the price of eggs. At least I hope you are, becuase if this is your independent thought you likely have large issues.
All great points. The US had a stockpile of bird flu vaccines for chickens. The decision was made to not use this stockpile when this outbreak first started in 2022.
This stockpile expired. The decision was made in 2023 to not make another stockpile in 2023. Currently the US does not have the vacine to inoculate the chickens, and even if they did that would have consequences on trade abroad due to other countries regulations concerning the use and consumption of eggs from vaccinated birds.
So here we are, no vaccine available even if we wanted to vaccinate the chickens.
Over 6 million birds have already been culled in Iowa in 2025. Over 130 million have been culled since this outbreak started in 2022. Maybe this outbreak would not have been as widespread or brought under control faster if the vacine was used when it first started. At that time the vaccine was still available.
All verifiable
Latest study I read said it was derived from nature.COVID (who and where it come from) (who funded it), for starters.
All great points.
Back to my question: How many exec orders or legislative proposals have focused on the price of eggs and inflation since trump became president?
Better yet, place the ship in the Gulf of AmericaJust put all those infected birds on a ship off the Pacific Coast...like Trump wanted to do with people that had Covid in the early stages of the pandemic!
He's got a big brain, he's gonna have a super response.
So, 0?If the Senate passes Brooke Rollins nomination, I am confident that this will be addressed. She has a stated position of addressing the shortfalls of previous policy that got us in this position. Slow rolling the process is just another way the solution is being delayed. Unfortunately with a stockpile of vaccines that was destroyed and the decision to not replenish. options will have to be forward looking and have to learn and apply best practices from the mis handling of this current outbreak.
Well judges struck down his first attempts to do so and he withdrew those EOs.
Here’s the thing; at the end of the day nobody should want a world where POTUS can fully usurp Congress’ power of the purse.Yes, impoundment. Impoundment is an oversimplification. There are some other issues involved, but for the purposes of making this discussion easier to understand, I'll use the term impoundment. Are the funds being deferred? Yes, they are. Which means they aren't going to get spent until at least the next fiscal year and/or additional court rulings, whichever comes first. Impoundment is somewhat settled law, but so is deferment.
Did you read any of the Judge's orders? They were posted on here yesterday. The one speaks specifically to currently allocated funds. It leaves new allocations unanswered, and the Judge didn't take this part of the suit, nor does the injunction speak to it, or apply to it. You're going to see a legal fight, and it is telling what suits the opposition have brought. More telling is which suits they haven't brought, and the reasons they haven't brought them. We don't know the reasons, but it is a bad attorney who brings a suit they know they can't win. Bad attorneys certainly exist at the Federal level, not in as large numbers as on the state side of things, but based on posts on this message board, they certainly exists. Not that I believe that posters who claim to be attorneys on here are in fact attorneys, in some cases it's pretty clear they are not.
Your post indicates the Judge struck down his first attempts? Is that what happened? Your post indicates he withdrew those EO's. Is that what happened? The answer to both at best is kind of, but lean towards no. Judges haven't struck down all of his attempts, to use your words, nor has he withdrawn all spending freeze EO's. In fact he amended several of them, and to my knowledge only 2 have been completely withdrawn, and out of those two, only one is associated with funding. 2 EO's since I last checked, so that might have changed.
I'll skip the the end, some of the funding cuts are going to survive. I suspect probably most will survive. And to answer the guy who has an egg fetish, every EO that cuts spending is designed to reduce the price of your beloved eggs. I guess basic economics is abstract and correct answers that aren't debatable show my bias. So be it, I live in a fact based world, not a world focused on a micro issue such as eggs. The price of eggs is an outlier for many reasons, much like the gentleman, who I presume is some sort of attorney, told me yesterday about the entire Musk thread. I'm not sure how he got there after he posted court cases that made my point for me, but he got there.
In the end we'll all know the answers fairly soon, and we can all check back and see which posters prove to be the most accurate. That will be the interesting part. Now I fully expect after one decision goes against the current administration people will flock back to this thread claiming victory, and indicating that I am stupid, but that's not how these things work. We'll know when we know.
Here’s the thing; at the end of the day nobody should want a world where POTUS can fully usurp Congress’ power of the purse.
If Trump, or some future democratic POTUS can just point blank refuse to spend funds allocated by congress for the purposes they were intended, then one of the key checks that is a part of the separation of powers that is crucial to our government is gone.
Is he supposed to sign and EO requiring chickens to stop getting the bird flu?
Your answer wasn't accurate nor was it truthful.Your questions was answered accurately and quickly. You might not understand the answer, but that is your issue. Good luck to you in your endeavors.
It's amusing that they think libtard is an insult. It illustrates their lack of intellect.Cage free extra large brown. $5.49/doz.
Thanks for asking, redneck.
What wasn't accurate and or truthful about my response? Be very specific. Quote my answer if it helps you. Read it out loud very slowly.Your answer wasn't accurate nor was it truthful.
I see you are choosing distract and disinformation from the play book. Be better and more informed. So, 0?
Worst. Lay. Ever.
Because you know she’s in line to vote screaming about the prices that day.Worst. Lay. Ever.
That’s a kunty Karen for you. Piece of shite.
That’s all you’re about. You’re exactly how we describe you. No substance. No true stances on anything. It’s about owning libs. You’re a fraud. You’re a lemming who stands for what dear leader tells you to stand for. You’re a shit human.I hope never. Love to see whiney libtards.
I’ll admit I haven’t read all of them, they seem to be a very mixed bag where some are well thought out vs others seem like they were written on a placemat.I'm sorry, even Trump's EO on ending the Dept of Ed clearly stated that they would seek Congressional approval. As do almost all of his spending EO's. I'm not sure where you get your news, but I'm almost positive you haven't bothered to read one EO, or one of the subsequent court cases.
I choose to engage you becuase you're respectful and we've met. To be frank it isn't worth my time to continue until such a time that you do at least a minimum of research. I guess what I'm saying is based on your response is "tell me you haven't read any of these without telling me you haven't read any of these". It's not a conversation I choose to have. Debating what is actually in an EO or Court filing against what is being inaccurately reported and posted. I mean goodness, even CNN reported Trump's EO stated he would seek Congressional approval.
Hey dancing fairy... What do you pay for your gas? Hahaha.Libtard what do you pay for your eggs?
