Getting closer to it and my wife is thinking about doing it which is quite the statement of the goings on.

Thinking about it. Had a scare about a month ago with two masked guys looking in our windows. Luckily, wife (no pic) and kids were gone so it was just me. By the time the cops got here, they were gone.
Of course it is but it’s also a personal choice right?
No. Guns are for cowards. I’m more of a grenade and flamethrower guy.
None for us, thankfully. A couple similar issues reported in the neighborhood, but none where anyone entered homes.

I'm not armed. And I don't think I'll ever be again. This thread is merely a response to looking at many threads on the forum that seem to predict the end of our country as we know it. I'm wondering what numerous posters here who seem to believe that, will do to protect themselves?
LOL I’m merely stating my personal opinion and I have no issue with those who have a legal weapon.

Just more outside lighting, nothing security system wise. Talked to all of the neighbors to make sure they are doing the same.

I'm a fan of Rock Island Armory. Thinking I'll add a VRBP-100 to the collection. A 12 gauge bullpup semiauto shotgun with a couple 19 round magazines will get me through some bad shit.
