On the political spectrum? If +25 was the most conservative (Rico) and -25 was the most liberal (Chis).

I would rate me a minus 4 meaning center left making me pretty much an equal opportunity offender. I think it might be interesting to see how we see ourselves vs how others perceive us.

5 and continuing to trend closer to 0 due to DT45 & school vouchers. My voting ticket will look more blue than it's looked in quite some time.

I'm not most liberal. You've already sabotaged your post. Lol

At this point, I think it’s important to distinguish how one is voting vs the traditional L/R viewpoints.

On beliefs and positions I think I’m a -10, on voting I’m a -100.
This question is in regards to beliefs and positions although the correlation is probably close to 90% with how one is going to vote today.

I was probably +5 until early 2000s when I probably moved to 0 and now probably -5.

If Trump loses which is looking very possible lately... I am trying to figure out how conservatives will move forward. Most have sold their soul to board the MAGA train. I suspect a few will jump off and act like they never were much into it. Others will keep full MAGA. Will those who called out the party like Kinzinger, Kemp, Christie, Cheney, etc., gain support? Seems like it will be a house divided... civil war for the party... but with Trump not likely to go away quietly and having his family/friends entrenched in all parts of the GOP I'm not sure how GOP can come back from MAGA.

Chis isn't the most liberal. Huey is a full socialist, he would totally exchange his freedoms if it meant he got to sit on his couch all day and live off government assistance as long as it doesn't mean he has to do anything.

Ok. There are no wrong answers here. It's about perception. Where would you rank yourself?
Not very good analysis. I'm a Biden centrist doesn't make me extremely liberal. Just because I've been calling out the dangers of Trump and the GOP loudly for a long time doesn’t make me extremely liberal :)

Your scale is messed up. I am a centrist, but I agree with Rico on most things. This would imply that I am closer to +25 than I am to 0.

But when you break down the issues, it is not extreme to be against sterilizing children with hormones and surgery. It should not be extreme to think all people deserve equal opportunity instead of only giving these opportunities to dei hires. I feel like these stances should be a 0, not +25 like is implied in the scale.

I think this question proves that the left have gone way far left, but they have moved the scale so that now normal ideas from the right seem to be extreme in their view.

In reality, I am probably a +5. Meaning 40% of the country lean further right than me, and 60% lean further left.

Nobody who falls for conspiracies as much as you do is a centrist.

I don't know if this correlates to a political identity as much as a party affiliation. Lots of conservatives have left the GOP as the level of conspiracy theories ramped up. You could argue that the only thing that the GOP and RFK Jr have in common is their affinity for conspiracy theories.
