De'Aaron Fox: “I get Keegan to talk a lot. I definitely get him to talk a lot.”

As you will read, Keegan is shooting at a better rate from behind the arc in his first year as a King than he did during his last season at Iowa.

Head Coach Mike Brown: "There are times when he sprints to the corners and he doesn’t get the ball, but he flattens the defense and opens the paint (so) guys are able to get in there and score. So the way he’s playing, we love it."

first career double double. He tied his career high in a game with 10 rebounds

You know, after that game where Keegan had 0 rebounds and Mike Brown went public and pointed that out, Keegan has responded with better rebounding numbers. And, last night he really helped to pick up the rebounding in the absence of Domas. Really pleased with Keegan's response to Coach Brown challenging him to do a better job on the boards.

@Hawksfor3 , did you see this podcast? I don't see the Kings trading Keegan....

Yes, we drafted a player in the lottery who quickly became a starter and core contributor for a team on track to make the playoffs for the first time in almost two decades. Let’s trade him.

Such is business in the Association. There's been multiple people talking about a Barnes/Murray trade for Anunoby. Obviously don't want that to happen but there will always be trade talks.

Yes, I watched it. I try to catch Matt's podcasts all of the time. If the Kings did go for OG, it's possible Monte could throw Keegan in there as part of that deal, unfortunately. HB has been playing very well as of late. To me, it's a mystery right now whether they will keep HB or not, as his contract is in it's final year. At this point it's hard to tell what Monte will do. The Raptors will want a really good deal if they are willing to give OG up to the Kings. Who do you trade in exchange for OG? Probably Keegan, Davion Mitchell, and a pick(s)? Off the bench you have Monk, Lyles, Richaun Holmes, Metu, and Davion. There's some value on the bench. As much as I want Keegan to stay in Sacramento, we'' just have to wait for Monte McNair to put a deal together.

Anyway, we will get a good look at OG and company as they visit the Kings at 9pm. tonight.
