I’m not going so far as saying that they didn’t play hard, they most certainly did, but for example Minnesota came out in the overtime feeling they could really upset the #4 rated team in the nation. It’s a shame the Hawks let them do it. Play the gophers again. I think they the Hawks will have that urgency you need to have every night and not let up. We’ll see

we certainly did not have a killer instinct in regulation

it just seemed like Iowa was waiting for Minny to lose the game. Iowa let them hang around all game and once they forced OT, momentum was all on their side
