And for all the Stanley lovers out there, I will give you he has a good arm, BUT, he has no pocket presence at all, cannot audible into anything but runs to the short side, and the game is still, clearly too fast for him.

Now before the usual suspects tell me the coaches don't drop passes, etc., etc., the coaches DO recruit those players and our recruiting sucks.

Exactly. We go to a bcs bowl every year except for the %90 of the time that we lose 5 games but that doesn't count because thats football and cannot be helped.

Theres no one else out there available that could duplicate this kind of consistent success at little old Iowa. We would immediately become Kansas.

Only Kirks sheer genius and ability to teach proper "execution" is holding this thing together so well.

the strength of our passing game are our TEs and we don’t even throw to them.

5 out of 6 pass plays should go to the TEs but somehow we target ISM and MVB who don’t catch the ball even when it hits them in the hands.

Exactly. I get so tired of Kirk saying we are a developmental program. How are top flight recruits going to react when they hear this??? They know if they come to Iowa they will have little talented help. This team is devoid of playmakers and our recruiting MAC players is not going to help.

Do we? Its hard to tell if anyone could be a deep threat when they never leave the bench? Can anyone catch better than ISM? We wont know until they play somewhere else.
