First off, can you blame her for being mad? Afterall, she did just see someone snatch her car. She wasn't shooting to kill. She frankly would have preferred just to give the repo guy a good gash. She was also freaking out because she had left a few personal effects in the back of the car. The incident report listed them as: beef, curtains, and honey pot. But it is kind of amazing that she thought the cop would be too much of a pussy to look there. Of course, it didn't help that her friend tipped them off. But you know what they say, "loose lips sink ships". In a follow-up story, her lawyer is trying to get the case thrown out on a technicality because the defendant claims to have heard the arresting officer muff the Miranda warning. Regardless, she should still be wise enough to just clam up. Of course if she was truly smart she would have driven her car right into the stench trench and then ran and hid in the cave of wonders. Instead, she was practically taunting the cops, screaming at them, "Hoo-Ha! Hoo-Ha! Over here!"
She invoked Castle Doctrine in her defense. Unfortunately, it sounds like she has an entire Kingdom to defend.
