Years ago when I went out for basketball I remember the basic things the the coach stressed and this was in 5th grade. On defense slide your feet,.don't leave your feet, don't give up the baseline, don't reach in,among many other things I see us do. On offense the very first thing learned was what was your shot and who should shoot. Watching the HAWKS play this year it's clear we will never win if Garza and Cook shoot outside shots. Sorry for the rant but it's built up after watching us get out rebounded so far in this game and Weiscamp (spelling) leaving his feet three times on defense I'm spent.

Garza can make 3s. Cook struggles with shots outside dunking range. His early season sparkle has definitely worn off.

Conner is hitting 10% from the 3 point line. Let's set him up for that shot. Dailey is shooting 20% from the 3 point line and all his jump shots - let's set him up for a jump shot. Moss has made 1 or his last 15, let's operate offensively through him. Does the coaching staff have any brain activity?

Garza looks like he can make threes but don't look up his % or it'll make you sick. Put him under the basket and teach him how to not let people go over the top of him for offensive rebounds.. The worst thing that happened to Cook is he was told he needed an intermediate shot to make the NBA. I didn't know he was going to try to get one during the year instead of practice.

Completely agree. Not sure I've seen a team that it seems everyone has the green light to jack up.whatever shot they want.

Fran's teams have never been disciplined, not sure why I think that would ever change.

Basic defensive rotations and boxing out would be lovely

Spot on. I've said it over and over that this team is piss poor fundamentally. Poor passing, poor defense, poor rebounding block outs. They don't even cutoff screens worth a damn. Pathetic.

I looked it up, he’s shooting 30% from 3 this year. That’s actually way better than I expected.

Totally agree shot selection and i added this in game thread we were up 11-8 and put up 3 3 point contestant shots instead of running the offense inside out
