I hit the big 40 today.

Kramarczuk’s Sausage Company in Minneapolis was DDD restaurant #40 for me. It was outstanding. I had the combination platter which came with three pierogi, a cabbage roll, and a Ukrainian sausage.
God bless all those people who dared to make tasty food, and toiled away at family owned joints for years. God bless Guy for putting them on TV.
Dinner tonight will be at #41, the Surly Brewing Company.

Big fan of their beer so not a big deal to me but I’m 99% sure that Surly has a different chef and a completely different food concept since it was on DDD.
 
Surly was very good. It’s a little off from the main theme of DDD. It’s a little corporate, and it seats 500+. The menu was very diverse, and they don’t skimp on the portions. Plus, they have all their beers on hand. Tours are available at certain times during the week.

Congrats on beating the 40 win Royals sir! You guys are awesome..... a lucky series? Lol derp. You are forgetting the cardinals got 2 calls earlier in the series that they shouldn’t have. Keep crying, maybe your cult leader donald will lend you his shoulder to cry on.

You got 40 wins cause you team SUCKS. Cards have been one of the top 5 most injured teams, but they persevere. 9 straight series wins against better teams. The Cardinal way. Live it. Love it! Say hi to Rush for me when he's in to visit George Brett......

Royals are 12th of 30 MLB teams in injury impact. Cardinals are 5th and Cubs are 26th. You really know next to nothing about baseball my friend.

Brett was a good player. Compares favorably with Lou Brock. I'd still that Brock. Trails Musial, Pujols and Hornsby in every category however.

Your buddy Limbaugh was employed by the Royals and is BFF with Brett. Thought you would know this being a KC baseball expert or are you just a " bandwagoner ", waiting every 30 years or so for a tainted title?

That is what Cardinal fans do. The Cardinal Way. What is funny is, with how bad the Royals have been as a franchise, since the first royals season in 1969, the Cardinals have exactly 1 more world series title than the Royals day. BUT 11 Royal fan 11! And the Cardinals have been to what 5 World Series's in that time and the Royals 4.....

This thread started out about Lucas80 and the fact that no one actually read the thread and jumped to the conclusion that it was his 40th BD. WSChamp 85* and 2015 decided it was time to bash the Cardinals for some reason. He seems to struggle with facts, he's a lot like Trump in that regard.

Facts:

Cardinals - .522 winning %, 28 playoff appearances, 19 pennants, 11.5 WS Titles.

Royals - .482 winning%, 9 playoff appearances, 4 pennants, 1.5 WS Titles.

How in the hell does one claim “ half” a title.....unless you are pissin’ and moaning about the one you let get away? It is baseball.....shit happens, but in the end you either win the game or lose it.
