From my perspective, an active GOP Congress and President pushing through lots of legislation is the quickest way for the Dems to get back into power. Pass away!

Tom, it’s a 920 page document and most of it is just a normal conservative wish list. It’s inevitable that some of the things in that document will be implemented because it’s pretty all encompassing.
If the specific things that the left is hyperventilating about and Trump has denied get implemented I’ll say I was wrong.

If the Dems controlled the house for the next two years Trump would simply claim he couldn’t do everything he wanted because of dem witch hunts, dems stonewalling etc. He would obfuscate reality and many in the electorate would buy it.
The only path that makes it absolutely clear the extent of Trumps ludicrous policies/promises is to let him demonstrate that he did nothing to help the average American.

Trump will damage the country, of that I have no doubt. But I think your statement is hyperbole. I didn’t want to be here, believe me. But if we ended up with DC gridlocked like usual I don’t think the average voter would understand. For whatever reason (stupidity, ignorance, etc) the average person does not see MAGA policies for what they are.
The only way to wake America up is to show them. Yes it will be painful, but we are deeply sick as a country. Like a cancer patient the treatment will be rough, but necessary.
I meant they will make money as easily as if they printed it, lower taxes little to no regulations .etc. That is what made it go up for now - that is.

I want them to keep it. That means I make more money from my investments.
Lowering the price of a box of cereal by 20 cents has no impact on my finances, but not lowering it helps my income and retirement.

They don’t have a large enough base without a massive shakeup. So I want to see it shaken up.
Agreed. However, the very people who were complaining about groceries and gas and who are not setup with investments to buffer that, wont like it. They are the ones that supposedly pushed Trump over the top in the swing states.
When the incoming democrat arrives to fix the issues, everything will become their fault. By the time they get things fixed, the right will win an election based on the struggle of the recovery and the cycle will start over. This is the way.
