On a serious note...how much can ISU afford to pay a football coach?

Probably quite a bit, enough to get him to stay for a few years. But they sure as hell wont have anything left for any of his assistants.

It's amazing how much the Hawkeye fans stress over this, probably because Hawk fans want him gone. I don't concern myself with things I can not control. Just enjoy the time Campbell is here and hope it's for a long time.

It was a great game but The Cyclones gave the game away in the final minutes as much as the Hawkeyes earned the win. The Hawkeyes can thank that win for the 1 point they got in the coaches poll this week.

Hawks lead at half. Tied at end of Q4. Won in 1st OT.

ISU had the lead with 3 minutes to play and had Iowa inside its own 10 with no timeouts left. Iowa got a great, great play by Wadley and deserved to tie the game. But ISU should never, never have allowed a TD under those circumstances.
