If we have at least a +1 in Turnover Margin, do we win?

I think if Iowa has the same # of turnovers as MSU, it is a toss up and a dog fight to the end.

I think if Iowa has at least a +1 turnover margin Iowa will win this game.

I just think these 2 teams look too much like each other. I think turnovers will be the deciding factor.
