That's what I was thinking because the foul totals from the 2nd half carry over to OT, correct, and would Temple have had 2 shots?

Nah when the refs called 3 straight hand checks on Iowa and then turn around and let Temple guys almost push one of our guys out of bounds with their body, I'm fine with them eventually looking the other way for Iowa.

Rarely is the foul on the three at the end of regulation called. Can't expect to get the foul call every time.
Gesell could have been shooting free throws for the hand check right before his airball if we want to start blowing whistles in the last three seconds.
How about that bull crap call on the close out at the end of regulation? Watch how often something like that gets called the rest of the tournament. Never should have been in OT.
The foul on the 3 point shot should have never been called, because Clemmons never made contact with the shooter. If you look at the initial bird's-eye replay they showed, you can see there was no contact. The game was over in regulation.
This to a tee. Had woody not scored there and iowa loses, this biard is blowing up from the call on clemmons that should not have been called and the clear hand check on gessell.
Sure as hell looked that way to me too!! Also, is that play not reviewable? Seems they used every review possible to help Temple....but didn't even blink an eye at that one.
The refs practically "iced" jok ....then they reviewed for minutes twice at the end, when temple had the ball at the end, to practically give them 2 free TOs.....you did not get robbed!

well it was very difficult to see. from one camera angle it looked like he did not touch him. on the other camera angle it looked pretty inconclusive. they got the call either way.
Game would have been over if Jok shoots the 2nd free throw in rhythm.
Gesell got fouled on his last shot. The Temple guy hit his hand. He should have been shooting two for the win.
That ref icing of Jok was too much. Review the damn time after he shoots the next one or don't give him the first one at all.
