I think this is a way out of line attack on posters here. How old are you?

How many years have you been buying season tickets and how many tickets? Do you pay for a seatback or just sit your bare ass on the steel seats?

How much have you donated directly to the I-club/Alumni Assoc/Athl Dept for football etc?

You have to answer these questions to have some type of reason for your outrage.

Between buying tickets and $3200 each year to the I Club I'm pretty sure I can say what I want. Haven't donated directly to Swarm but have bought some products to support. I may donate this year but if I do it won't be much. I think its bullshit.

Same way I feel. The wife and I have been giving for 35 plus years and donated a fair sum to many UI causes. It’s time for the next generation to open their wallets!

It’s really silly. It’s sports. I’d recommend giving to the writing program (best in country) or the arts or an area of the university that can provide scholarships to low income students. Iowa is among the best in the country in other areas. Don’t get swept up in this arms race.
