In this thread: Lying Liars and the Leftist Insane Liars who Love and Defend Them

No one is arguing anything you’re arguing. This isn’t about Trump being legitimate. It’s about Krugman the liar saying no one has ever said that Trump wasn’t legitimate. Which is THE LIE. Nothing else you’ve said in this thread is relevant to anything.
Krugman didn't say that. Quit making things up.

Lol...now you’re a liar. But we knew that.

Krugman Statement: And no, Democrats never said Donald Trump was illegitimate.

John Lewis statement on MTP: I don’t see Trump as a legitimate president.

Huey insane post: Argle Bargle Zim Zam Zoom
This has been covered. You're just being intentionally obtuse now.

The outrage is coming from one direction: from those who see a blatant lie and a liar and still defend the lie and liar without pause and with all of their crazy might. It’s so easy with ALL OF THE PROOF to say, “Yeah...Krugman blew that one.” But you fvcking nutbags just.can’t.do.it.
Oh, the outrage is definitely coming from one direction all right.

Uhhh...so what’s the distinction between him saying “no Dems said Trump was illegitimate” but “Republicans are claiming that about Biden”. He’s full of shit in the other direction then. Can’t be both, man. Or are you claiming that yes indeed all GOPers share the stance that Biden is not legit?
He didn't say that. Stop posting misleading information.

FFS, the comma in his statement is important.

OK. John Lewis is a Democrat. You get that right?

How goddamned delusional do you have to be to expect him to mean that NOT EVERY DEMOCRAT TOOK THE EXACT SAME STANCE. Goddamned the lengths you guys will go to defend this shit. You are by definition a MAGA with this behavior. Congrats.

How about this? Tell me this statement (the first part of the quote is true). Go ahead and prove how full of shit you are.

"[He’ll] be the first modern U.S. president trying to govern in the face of an opposition that refuses to accept his legitimacy,"

Hell...it’s not true because Obama faced that shit.

Not all but polls have shown that most Rs believe that Biden wasn't legitimately elected. One said as high as 70%. That's a pretty phucked up view point.

Thank you for admitting you and Riley and Krugman are all wrong. Apparently “Democrats” means ALL DEMOCRATS. Not 70%. Sorry.

See my above post. Rs don't even believe he was elected. Legitimacy means two totally different things here.

Simple context. He did not say "no Democrats..." referring to individual Democrats he said "no, Democrats..." which references the macro Democrats. This is middle school English stuff that you're getting wrong.

Many are, including the leader of the party.

He’s applying the same standard to the GOP. So, you’re saying ALL of them are claiming illegitimacy. Can’t have it both ways. Trying that is part of what makes it a lie. Glad I could help.

And again...you keep ignoring this blatant lie. Trump and Obama BOTH had the same type of opposition. Sorry. He’s a fvcking liar. But a good one. Because he’s lying to people who are ok with his lies.

Of course, you are wrong again. Obama did not face claims that his election victory was illegitimate.

Again, you are wrong. Far more republicans are claiming illegitimacy, including their leader, which is why that grouping makes sense. Not so for Democrats. And Obama did not face illegitimacy charges for his election wins. That's just made up by you.

Ds accepted that Trump won, they just knew he would be a complete disaster and not behave as a real president. And Trump proved us right. He was never a real or legitimate president.
Good God you're so full of it....

Did you sleep during the Birther movement? Good grief. Your parsing of the inane bull shit in order to thread the dumbest needle is just gross.

No goalposts moved. You brought it up and I responded to it. FFS you're more desperate than ever.
Shoot, even Bill Clinton had his detractors. Well, detractor, singular. Representative Bob Dornan of California made a habit of going after the 42nd president, who he called “a small man in a big office and an illegitimate president” and on another occasion “this illegitimate president ... a serial adulterer ... a triple draft-dodger.”

There's a huge difference between what Obama and Trump went through versus what Biden is going through.

Sure, there was "opposition" and people decrying the legitimacy of the election. But in neither instance did the opposing candidate (in this case the sitting President) refuse to concede an election despite there being several recounts and lawsuits filed that were almost all lost. There is a HUGE difference and I hope you can see that.

What does that have to do with anything? He’s a liar. It’s proven. Glad you’ve agreed with that. Now, make sure you attack ciggy every time (once a week) he posts a Krugman article because, as you agree, he’s a liar. Making the NYT closing in on FOX territory.
Are you saying he lies on the same level as Trump and his administration?

I don't think he does or he wouldn't have made his OP.

When they all orgasmed when he said the stock market would tank if Trump were elected.
It is a miracle what a plentiful supply of really cheap money dumped into the market can do, ain’t it bill? No one could foresee what was going to happen now, 4 years ago. The apparent “strength” of today’s economy has very little to do with Trump economic policy but a whole to do with Congress and the Feds response to events of the he past couple of years.

Krugman is a partisan hack. As long as the NYT employs him, and will continue to employ him, he doesn't really care what he writes. Anything goes when it's labeled as OPINION.

Did you sleep during the Birther movement? Good grief. Your parsing of the inane bull shit in order to thread the dumbest needle is just gross.
You're simply wrong. The birther stuff was before the election. There wasn't a push to overturn Obama's election win nor was there a movement saying the election was illegitimate. You're just making shit up.

And he is not the macro "Republicans". You're flailing and continuing to prove my point. But it's funny so carry on.

Krugman is employed by the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, he writes a column for the NYT.

We are all still waiting to orgasm all over your Evidence Rapture. It will be an incredible orgy.
invite all your friends like Barr and Rudy.

Does he, or does he not get paid by the NYT for his columns?
I don't know, I assume he gets paid, but I doubt he is an employee. Likely a contractor.

Either way, I'm just clarifying another of your misleading statements by adding pertinent information.

For money. He’s on their payroll.
GFY. Your idiocy is on display in thinking his recent comments about "Democrats" refers to a few who said it was illegitimate rather than "Democrats" as a whole. It's par for the course with you - getting something completely wrong and then having a hissy fit when it's exposed.

Oh, and don't forget to GFY.

Why would I FM when you’re giving it away so easily with your uninspired drivel you traipse out here so often?

Filthy Don only wanted to be president for 1/3 of the country, and dems accepted that. Nothing more, nothing less .
