Indiana, Ohio, ... Way too many states do this. But, since it's usually out of state people getting screwed over it continues.Indiana is making an ass of itself. Ohio used to, and probably still does, like to separate cash from people in traffic stops and make it nearly impossible to get back. IIRC, both of those states also like to run up a ton of fees during traffic stops that end up with people serving jail sentences and going further into debt woth collections agencies.
