Any word today on how serious his injury is? he appeared to be simply running down the court. Hope it isn't a torn achilles. They are thin depth-wise without him, imo.

NW has to go to MSU then face Minny at home.
Could easily see them slide to 11-9
and behind Hawks if Hawks beat Illini.

Tough luck for NW. Before the injuries, they were clearly one of the top 4 teams in the B1G. Not sure if the injuries will cause them to be downgraded for the dance. Seems inconsistent to me that you hold late-season injuries against a team, but no longer emphasize how teams performed in their final 10 games.

Northwestern is not a shoe in for the NCAA tourney either so something to watch. Michigan State showing up on 10 seed line also and have lost 3 in a row. Bubble battle in East Lansing!
