Iowa at Minnesota October 6

Why does Minn have such pathetic fans? Serious question.

Why does that state suck so bad? Is there a simple answer?
Because my niece decides to get married Minnesota vs Iowa weekend... I will say this. Numbers wise, guilty as charged. Those that are loyal, are among the best. I am not saying I am the best, but this will be the first Minnesota vs Iowa football game played in Minneapolis since the mid 80's? Win lose or draw, sucks to miss it.

Regarding hotels, many options. The available rooms have grown thanks to the superbowl. One should also have decent options via air-bnb and other such sites.

Getting around? The light rail is the easiest and cheapest. Uber, lyft, and other such services seem to be every 5th car, so that should be a decent option as well.

BTW, Will driving in Minneapolis, I see this all white car with a small black and white Hawkeye logo. I thought to myself "That fan must like the Water tower (outside of Kinnick) the way it is". Too much time on this board. -

Cheers!

It is a Vikings town and always will be. You're obviously joking on the second part, but if not, of course everyone moves to Iowa with all the things to do down there. High on the list I've heard is visiting Sioux City to experience all of the interesting sites and smells.

All Midwestern states have their + and - ... it's requisite that one make snarky put downs of their neighbors despite living in a glass house. But...as one who's lived in several places, I can tell you no group is more obsessed with putting down their neighbors than Minnesotans.
