I never thought Iowa baseball would field a winning program again in my lifetime. After the Broghamer era, I wasn't sure the program would even survive.

I've been critical of Barta for many things football, basketball, and softball related, but credit where credit is due: the man really hit the ball out of the park with the Heller hire, and that ball would have been out of any park, including Yellowstone.

Yeah but surely someone will try to keep your credit from reaching Barta's doorstep by spouting some random nonsense that they've worked themselves into believing because that's how bitter they've become.
