I think it's safe to recommend that we not pull the redshirt on Turk. He performed like one would expect a #67 recruit to perform. He had the misfortune of being a bit over-hyped here.

Kemerer, on the other hands, performed like, dare I say it, a top-10 recruit. Very tough weight, and a couple of signature wins today to get his career started.

But he also beat the kid who would probably be starting for us this year in Gross. Many of us were worried last week about Kemerer and here is a laying the wood to a tough bracket...that lower bracket was full of studs while I don't think I recognized anybody in the upper bracket of 149. Well done ISU folks.
