Unfortunately I feel I have to recuse myself from voting as I believed @Moral and myself became business partners at some point during the halftime of the Richmond - Iowa NCAA BB game. He presented a house to flip while he and his doggo were possible high and I was drunk and took him up on it. We may have agreed with an internet handshake but I never got any paperwork or took any draws from Moral Vandermerica House Flippers, LLC. I'm afraid it's going to turn out to be one of those shell corporations where he makes billions and I'm left holding the bag...
