For those that follow it more closely than I, is there any chance we can win at least 2 of 3 in our final home stand this week to avoid the progam's 14th losing B1G campaign in the progam's 17 year history?

I was hoping we could get at least one win on the road this past weekend, but that didn't work out.

Well, with the split this weekend, looks like no winning B1G record this year, again.

Iowa went 5-5-1 in conference play. They face Michigan in the Big Ten tournament, can they get revenge on an earlier 2-1 loss?

Iowa upsets #7 and second seeded Michigan in the B1G Tournament. Moves on to face #20 and third seeded Penn State. This was the first postseason victory of any kind for Iowa womens soccer!

Hmm.... Iowa ahead of Penn State now 1-0 in soccer semis. Just beat Penn State 4-3 in overtime of Field Hockey semis earlier today and in the final on Sunday. I'm wondering if I have a good luck omen against Penn State when I move. Last time I moved from San Diego to Portland, they packed me up to move out the day that Iowa beat Penn State in football in 2008. Called my sister for updates when they prematurely disconnected my satellite dish, but she ignored my calls after Iowa beat them since she was a Penn State alum and wasn't too happy then. Maybe my omen will help the lady Hawks win today when I take in my 30 day notice after signing papers last night.
