We are now 1-13-1 combined the last two seasons in B1G play. I know DiIanni had major injury issues his first couple seasons and wasn't really able to run the system he ideally wanted to run simply due to lack of personnel. I haven't been to a game yet this year. Are they healthy? Is it a talent issue and recruiting needs to improve? Or is this starting to look like it's not going to work?

I was really excited about his hire, and really liked his tactics. Frankly a little surprised at the lack of success.

The freshman class he brought in last year was the #25 recruiting class in the nation according to Soccer America, including U18 USWNT midfielder Natalie Winters. He coached them to the B1G Championship game his first year with girls he didn’t recruit. I believe they need to go at least .500 in the B1G this year or he'll be on the hot seat.
