I’d say the players were acting like their coach, but Jacobsen clearly is shoving an ISU player. Prohm only goes after opposing players. Jacobsen is still DB just like is coach though.

Wrong time to show that type of leadership imo. Practice develops habits, good and bad. It’s obvious things are very wrong with that team.

Iowa State has found great success in recruiting JUCO's and transfers. But this is the one drawback to all that: team chemistry is slapped together. Guys don't have a lot of trust with each other when they're only on the team one or two years. Instability rears its ugly head once the L's start piling up.

Iowa is on the same downward trajectory as ISU. But at least our players seem to be sticking together.
