Well I see he wrestled a full match. Are we sure we still want him?
I don't know if he was under the weather or what but he had no pep in him to end his last match yesterday. He just held on to win which is not typical of him. Maybe it was the long week but there was definitely something wrong.

Yep. He was sick. Per USAW:

"I was sick the whole tournament, so I had a lot of things going on that I had to deal with that was not on the mat. That made it a lot harder."

That makes what he did even more impressive.

I really think Cass could be a very high AA next year. If not for Gable, I’d consider him a title contender.

Really, heavy is fairly weak. There are some solid guys, but no one great returning. Hemida will start the season ranked 4th. Does anyone believe that Cass won’t be much, much better than Hemida? I’d lay money right now he’s better than Hemida by March 2019.

He will go down as a big miss on the big board. Should have been top 10 P4P, undoubtedly.

Kinda hard to predict how a heavy will do as a true freshman. Correct me if I’m wrong but Adam Coon blazed through the regular season as a true freshman, went 0-2 in Big Ten tournament, and didn’t AA (did make round of 12). I doubt many people pegged him not to AA going into the big ten tournament

So Stoll is definitely out?

Are Cass/Gable matchups going to resemble Sorenson/Retherford? I hope he improves over the next 5 years to be competitive with Gable. Just asking how the board sees this.

I am certainly glad we have him and not someone else

Can someone please tele who got all the OWs. I know Cats got Junior Freestyle and The 94 pounder from Minnesota got Cadet Greco. Any other help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
