Is being a guaranteed 2nd round NBA draft pick worth leaving school for?

If you've already got your degree and you don't feel that staying the extra year will help your draft stock, then yes, go out and make as much money you can whether it's in the US, or overseas. Next man in, not going to fault him for that. Weezy gave us 3 years of great basketball...

does coming back mean he’s likely to be a first round pick? If not, and he’s ready to take the next step in his life, then by all means leave- try the NBA and if it doesn’t work, then head to Europe.

I won’t begrudge him either way.

Many here have said that they would love to have another year of undergrad.

I agree with this. However, I would also love to have another couple semesters (years?) of study abroad in europe- especially if making a decent amount of money in a european league.
