Is it time for a true QB coach

I know Kirk is loyal, but what qualification does KOK have as a true QB coach. Not saying he doesn't have general knowledge, but we have seen QBs not progressing a ton (some would argue that they regress). Why not hire a true QB coach that can cover footwork, release, reading etc.
